In 1996, Brett and Deanna Favre established the Brett Favre Forward Foundation.  The mission of the Foundation is to provide aid to disadvantaged and disabled children who reside in Wisconsin and Mississippi.  The Foundation has contributed more than $3 million in the two states since it was created.

Various Charity Recipients include:
 
CASA of Brown County, Wisconsin Whitewater, Rawhide Ranch, Back to School Program, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, and United Cerebral Palsy.
